The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
