Voucher Terms and Conditions, All vouchers must be presented to reception on arrival and used before the expiry date. Please note vouchers are not transferable for cash. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Last day for posting Christmas Voucher is Wednesday 18th December
